Elena Minton is a strategic and entrepreneurial finance leader with over 20 years of experience. After building her career with several Fortune 500 companies, she made a deliberate shift to pursue her passion for startups in the BFY Food & Beverage space. Elena went on to earn an MA in Food Studies and Policy from NYU, fully immersing herself in the world of food.

For the past 12+ years, she has worked with numerous well-known consumer brands in Food & Beverage, helping founders scale from pre-revenue through successful exits. Focused on profitability and operational efficiency, Elena guides brands to achieve aggressive, yet sustainable growth while ensuring efficient use of capital and resources. Today, she supports brands as a Fractional CFO and Advisor, helping them build strong financial foundations and unlock their next stage of growth.
