Carlotta Mast is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Conscious Business practice at BeyondBrands, where she helps leaders and organizations align strategy with internal integrity to meet the demands of today and shape the future they want to create. With over 20 years in the natural products industry, Carlotta brings a rare blend of operational leadership, industry influence, and values-driven guidance.

A longtime executive at New Hope Network, she led the $90M events and media business through a post-pandemic turnaround, expanded the impact of Natural Products Expo West, and helped drive movements around regenerative agriculture, inclusion, and conscious leadership.

At BeyondBrands, she supports teams in aligning the mental, emotional, physical, and relational dimensions of leadership so business decisions and culture are grounded in clarity, cohesion, and trust.
